Section 35: Absence from settlement prohibited except under pas

Rajasthan Habitual Offenders Rules, 1955State Rules of Rajasthan · 1953

(1) No habitual offender placed in a settlement under section 7 shall absent himself from a [corrective settlement] except under a pass or discharge licence granted under these rules.

(2) No such [registered offender] shall utilise any pass or discharge licence issued under these rules except for the purpose for which it was issued and in accordance with its tenor.
