(1) The scheme prepared by the consolidation officer shall provide for the payment of compensation to any person who is allotted a holding which is of less market value than his original holding and for the recovery of compensation from any person who is allotted a holding which is of greater market value than his original holding. (2) The amount of compensation shall be assessed by the consolidation officer, so far as practicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Land Acquisition Act, 1953.
