Where there is a dispute in respect of the apportionment of- (a) the amount of compensation determined under sub-section (2) of section 15, or sub-section (2) of section 13 or sub-section (4) of section 17: or (b) the net value realised under sub-section (4) of section 23, or (c) the total amount of compensation determined under subsection (2) of section 25, the Consolidation Officer shall refer the dispute to the decision of the district civil court and deposit the amount of compensation or net value, as the case may be, in that court and thereupon the provisions of the Rajasthan Land Acquisition Act, 1953, shall, so far as may be, apply.
