Section 11: Resignation

Rajasthan Home Guards Rules, 1962State Rules of Rajasthan · 1963

A member of the Home Guards may, resign his office by an application in writing addressed to the Commandant.

Provided that such resignation shall not take effect unless the Commandant accepts the same after being satisfied that there are good and sufficient reasons for the same.
