Section 23: Decision by Board

The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 1970

(1) All questions which may come before a meeting of the Board shall unless otherwise provided in this Act or in the rules or regulations made thereunder, be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting.

(2) In case of an equality of votes, the Chairman of the meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
