Section 3: Establishment of Board

The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 1970

(1) The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette establish in the manner provided hereafter, a Board to be called the Rajasthan Board of Homoeopathic Medicine, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.

(2) The Board so established shall be a body corporate having a perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
