Section 43: Custody and operation of Fund

The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 1970

(1) The Homoeopathic Fund shall be kept in a scheduled bank and shall be operated upon by such person or persons and in such manner as may be prescribed.

(2) To defray the current expenses of the Board such sum as the State Government may deem sufficient may be kept with the Registrar by way of imprest money.
