Section 54: Court competent to try offences

The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 1970

(1) No court other than the court of a Magistrate of the first class shall take cognizance of or try an offence under this Act.

(2) No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act except on a complaint in writing of an officer empowered in this behalf by rules made under this Act.
