Section 7: First Board to be nominated by the Government

The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 1970

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 4 and section 5, members of the first Board (including the Chairman and Vice-Chairman constituted after the commencement of this Act, shall be nominated by the State Government and shall hold office for a period of three years from its constitution:

Provided that the State Government may from time to time extend the term of office of the Board to any further period not exceeding in aggregate one year.
