Section 5: Objects of the University

The Rajasthan ILD Skills University, Jaipur Act, 2017State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2017

The University shall have the following objects, namely:-

(a) imparting skill education and training, and emerging as one amongst the foremost institutions of quality in skill education recognised by industry nationally and internationally;

(b) providing instructions, teaching and training including development of skill in various branches and specialised fields of study including imparting skills that have employment potentiality;

(c) developing inter disciplinary courses as an approach and to promote research and development in new and emerging areas in skill education;

(d) promoting skill education in an integrated and holistic manner with higher education so as to ensure pathways for progression and mobility across forms of education and skills; and

(e) such other objects as the University may from time to time determine.
