Rajasthan improvement trust (Disposal of Urban land) (Amendment) Rules 2016State Rules of Rajasthan · 1959

The existing Rule 4 of the said rule= shall be substituted by the following, n ame ly-c- "4. Tenure of lease and attributesrf [ree hold.-(I) Allotment and sale of lease hold rights in any land 'and/or building shall he for a p'[!io.d not exceeding 99 years:

Provided that in case land covered under sub-rules (G)and (7) of Rule 3 of these rules, the Trust may with the previous S<1I1ct!'l'\of the State Government grant lease of a lesser period on such terms and conditio-is as may be determined by the State Government, .

(2) Allotment and sale cf free hold rights in any land and/or. building shall be for tenure in perpetuity with rights of inheritance nnd alienation.".
