1n Rule 17 of the sit·id 1'ules,-
(i) in sub-rule (2), for the existing expression "more than 50,000", the expression "more than one Lakh" shall be ~u"st;t\lterl. '
(ii) the existing proviso to sub-rule (-:~),sl,:;': l:>'l substituted by the following, namely:- "Provided that if any D.Jh11·.e~t'RT,oL"!rS h~q pIot/nouse after allotment by sale or otherwise then such ailottco shall not be entitled for allotment in future and an affidavit to this effect shall D,; take n from the applicant;"
(iii) in clause (a) of sub-rule 0), for the cxist.ing expression" 18%", the expression "10%" shall be substituted;
(iv) in clause (e) of sub-rule (::I), for (he existing expression "2%", the expression "3%" shall be substituted; and
(v) the existing proviso to clause (1') of suh-rule(G) shall he substituted by the following, namely r->- "Provided that permission for tr.msfer of plot shall not (, ",'anted. iu any condition before expiry of five years from the date of allotment - c an allottee intends to transfer his plot after five years and before ten years from the date of allotment, he shall pay levy at tho r-ite of five percent of present prevailing reserve price to the trust concerned.".
