(1) It is hereby declared that notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force or in any judgment, decision or order of any Court or Tribunal or any other instrument or document and notwithstanding any defect or want of form or jurisdiction, the Industrial Tribunal for the State of Rajasthan constituted under section 7 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, by means of the Government of Rajasthan Notification dated the 2nd June, 1953, as amended by Order dated the 9th March, 1956 shall, as respects the period commencing on the 10th day of March, 1957 and ending with the 15th day of April, 1959, herein after referred to as the said period, be deemed to have been duly constituted under section 7A of the said Act.
(2) Notwithstanding as aforesaid, of reference made to, and all proceedings taken, orders passed and awards given therein by the Industrial Tribunal mentioned in sub-section (i) during the said period shall be deemed respectively to have been made, taken, passed and given as if the said Tribunal were constituted under section 7A of the said Act.
