Section 37: Vacancy not invalidate proceeding

The Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Sanskrit University Act 1998State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 1998

No act done or 34 proceeding taken by any authority or body of the University shall be questioned or deemed to be invalid by reason only of any vacancy in the said authority or body.

1 [37-A. Transfer of manpower- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, the Chancellor may, in order to give effect to the provision of this Act, on the advice of the State Government, make such orders as are deemed necessary, for transfer of any officer, teacher, employee or servant from any other University of which he is the Chancellor to the University constituted under this Act on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the order.]
