The personnel of the Jail Band shall be required perform their normal duties and will not be exempted there from because of their participation in the Jail Band. They will be given training in their off hours of at such time as deemed proper by the officer incharge of the band. The Officer Incharge of the band may, if deemed necessary exempt all or any personnel of the band from the normal duties.
