Section 25: Disqualification for membership of an authority

The Jaipur National University, Jaipur Act,2008State Act of Rajasthan · Act 5 of 2008

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University, if he-

(a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;

(b) is an undischarged insolvent;

(c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;
