Section 29: Budget of the Authority

The Rajasthan Jan-Aadhaar Authority Act, 2020State Act of Rajasthan · Act 3 of 2020

- (1)The Authority shall prepare in each financial year, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, its budget for the next financial year, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Authority and forward the same for the approval of the State Government.

(2) The Authority shall not incur any expenditure otherwise than in accordance with the budget provisions as approved by the State Government.
