Section 2: Definitions Jan-Aadhaar_Authority_(Authority Meeting)_Regulations State Regulations of Rajasthan · 2020
(1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a) “Act” means the Rajasthan Jan-Aadhaar Authority Act, 2020 (Act No. 3 of 2020);
(b) “Authority” means the Rajasthan Jan-Aadhaar Authority constituted under section 19 of the Act;
(c) “Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Authority appointed under section 19 of the Act;
(d) “Meeting” means a meeting of the Authority;
(e) “Member” includes the Chairperson and Member of the Authority;
(2) Words and expressions used herein but not defined, and defined in the Act, shall have the same meanings assigned to them in the Act.
