Section 8: Power of the Chairperson to postpone

Jan-Aadhaar_Authority_(Executive Committee Meeting)_RegulationsState Regulations of Rajasthan · 2020

The Chairperson may take decision to postpone when it is not feasible to call a meeting of the Executive Committee and such decision shall be communicated to all the Members as soon as the decision is taken.

Provided that any such action shall be placed in the next meeting of the Executive Committee for its ratification.
