Any department or agency which requires an individual or requires a family or any of its members to undergo authentication or furnish proof of possession of Jan-Aadhaar ID as a condition for receipt of any subsidy, benefit or service pursuant to sections 3 and 14 of the Act, shall ensure enrolment of its beneficiaries who are yet to be enrolled, through appropriate measures, including co-ordination with the Authority and setting up enrolment centers at convenient locations.
