Section 30: Security obligations of the personnel

Rajasthan Jan-Aadhaar Authority Rules, 2021 EnglishState Rules of Rajasthan · 2020

(1) The personnel shall comply with the information security policy, and other policies, guidelines, procedures, etc. issued by the Authority, from time to time.

(2) Without prejudice to any action that may be taken under the Act, the personnel shall be liable to any action in accordance with the Information Security Policy and such other policies and procedures specified by the Authority under sub-rule (1):

Provided that no such action shall be taken without giving the personnel concerned a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
