Section 5: Information to the Jan-Aadhaar ID holder

Rajasthan Jan-Aadhaar Authority Rules, 2021 EnglishState Rules of Rajasthan · 2020

At the time of authentication, a requesting entity or a person shall inform the Jan-Aadhaar ID holder of the following details, namely:-

(a) the nature of information that will be shared by the Authority upon authentication;

(b) the uses to which the information received during authentication may be put; and
