All orders, circulars, specifications and policies issued, and Memorandum of Understanding signed by the State Government in connection with the formation and implementation of the Jan-Aadhaar Yojana, 2019 on or after 27-11-2019 shall continue to be in force to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and these rules.
