Section 2: Definition Jodhpur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal Rules 2017 State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009
(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a) "Act" means the Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009 ;
(b) "Authority" means Jodhpur Development Authority constituted under section 3 of the Act ;
(c) "Form" means form appended to these rules;
(d) "Section" means section of the Act; and
(e) "Tribunal" means the Jodhpur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal, constituted under sub-section (1) of section 77 of the Act.
(2) Words and expressions used but not defined in these rales shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act
