Section 8: Notices to the respondent and production of record

(1) As soon as the appeal is admitted, the Tribunal shall order to,-

(1) issue notices in Form No. II to the respondents; and

(ii) issue notice for productionof records in the Form No. II to the appellant or respondents;

Explanation : Notices in the name of the Authority shall be issued to the Secretary of the Authority.

(2) All notices required to be given to or served on any person under these rules shall be issued and served as nearly as may be in the same manner as provided for the issuance and service of Suanmons under the provisions of Order V of the Code of Civil Procedure (Central Act No. V of 1908).
