Section 10: Application o f General Fund

The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act,2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2009

The General Fund shall be utilized for meeting all expenses , recurring or non- recurring in connection with the affairs o f the University:

Provided that no expenditure shall be incurred by the University in excess o f the limits for total recurring expenditure and total non- recurring for the 8 year, as may be fixed by the Board o f M anagem ent, w ithout the prior approval o f the Board o f M anagement.
