Section 25: Disqualification for m embership of an authority

The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act,2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2009

A person shall be disqualified for being a m em ber o f any o f the authorities o f the University , if he-

(a) Is o f unsound m ind and stands so declared by a com petent court;

(b) Is an undercharged in so lven t;

(c) Has been convicted o f any offence involving moral turpitude;

(d)Is conducting or engaging him self in private coaching classes; or

(e)H as been punished for indulging in or prom oting unfair practice in the conduct o f any examination, in any form, anywhere.
