Section 27: Filling up o f emergent vacancies

The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act,2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2009

Any vacancies occurred in the membership o f authority o f the University due to death, resignation or removal o f member or due to change o f capacity in which he was appointed or nominated , shall be filled up as early as possible by the person or the body who had appointed or nominated such a member;

Provided that the person appointed or nom inated as a m ember o f an authority o f the university on an emergent vacancy, shall rem ain m em ber o f such authority for only the remaining period o f the member, in whose place he is appointed or nominated.
