Section 39: Annual report

The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act,2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2009

(1) The annual report o f the University shall be prepared by the Board o f M anagem ent which shall include among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfillment o f its objects and copy o f the same shall be submitted to the Sponsoring Body.

(2) Copies o f the annual report prepared under sub-section (1) shall also be presented to the State Government.
