Section 46: Power to remove difficulties

The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act,2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2009

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions o f this Act, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions o f this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for rem oving the difficulty;

Provided that so order under this section shall be m ade after the expiry o f a period o f two years from the date o f comm encem ent o f this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made , shall be laid before the House o f the State Legislature.
