Section 8: Form of application for allotment

Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Agricultural Purposes) Rules,1970State Rules of Rajasthan · 1956

(1) Application for allotment shall be submitted in Form III.

5[(1-a) where an applicant is a married agriculturist, the application for allotment shall be submitted in the name of both husband and wife.]

(2) All applications for allotment shall be verified as a plaint under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908(Central Act 5 of 1908).

(3) An application for allotment may be presented in person to the Sub-Divisional Officer or may be sent by registered post.
