On contravention of any rule and/or breach of any condition of the lease deed the lessor may terminate the lease and recover possession of the area so allotted after giving opportunity of being heard. Any dues in respect of lease shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue under the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956.
