Section 18: Appeals

Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land in Saline Area) Rules, 2007State Rules of Rajasthan · 1956

(1) An appeal against the order passed by the General Manager, District Commerce Centre under these rules shall lie to the Commissioner, and Commerce.

(2) An appeal against the order passed by Commissioner, Industries and or Commerce under these rules shall lie to the Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary/Secretary Department of Industries and Commerce.

(3) Every appeal preferred under these rules shall be presented within thirty days of the order appealed against with a fee of Rupees one hundred.]

`19. Interpretation of Rules. - If any difficulty arises in the application or interpretation of any of these rules, it shall be decided by the 21[Commissioner, Industries and or Commerce on behalf of State Government] whose decision thereon shall be final.
