The allotment under sun-Rule (1) of Rule 3 shall be made by the Sub-Divisional Officer in consultation with the Advisory Committee appointed for the Tehsil under the Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Agricultural Purpose) Rules, 1970; and the provisions of Sub-Rule 5 of the said rule shall apply.
