Section 4: Period of Lease

The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Unoccupied Government Land for Lime Kilns) Rules, 1965State Rules of Rajasthan · 1956

The initial period of lease shall be five years subject to its renewable at the option of the lessee for five years at a time:

Provided that no such first or subsequent renewal shall be allowed where due to the expansion of the abadi, the distance of kiln from the nearest abadi boundary has been reduced to less than one kilometre.
