In case where allotment is on lease hold basis, the allottee shall execute an agreement of lease in form 'C' within a period of two months from the date of deposit of premium. If the allotteefails to execute an agreement within the said period, the allotment order shall be deemed to have been revoked and the security amount shall be forfeited.
