In the event of any crop failure, the area over which the crop has failed, shall be shown in the relevant crops column in red ink as denominator below the figure of the cropped area. In districts where Kharaba is recorded, the Kharaba area will be entered as denominator under total area cropped and the area completely failed (Bijmar) will be entered as denominator to the Kharaba and will be deducted out of the Kharaba area. At the end of the Jinswar statement totals should be similarly shown crop-wise in respect of such area, and cause of failure, in respect of each crop, should also be given briefly.
