Section 104: Dhal Banchh

The Patwari shall prepare each year a Banchh paper showing the details of every kind of demand due to Government from each tenant to the village Banchh.

In villages under fluctuating assessment the Banchh papers will be made after the Girdawari on which the assessment is based. In all other villages the Banchh papers must be prepared by the Patwari for every village immediately after Kharif Girdawari upon the 15th May and the patwari must, if necessary', correct the Banchh paper at the second harvest of the year upto the 20th November so far as may be necessary, to make them agree with the events that have occurred since their preparation.
