Section 5: Issue of revised Family Pension Payment Order

The Principal Secretary, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, on being satisfied that the revision of the family pension payment order issued under rule 3 is necessary, may, suo-motu or otherwise, issue revised family pension payment order from time to time as to confirm to the provisions of the Act and rules and upon the issue of a revised family pension payment order, the previous family pension payment order in force shall cease to be effective :

Provided that the amount of the family pension shall not be reduced or ceased without issuing a show cause notice and providing an opportunity to the person concerned for making his representation within a time to be fixed by the Secretary, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly.
