Subject to the provisions of these rules, every member shall be provided by the Secretary with a pass, in the form given in Appendix ‘A’ which shall entitle him and any other person accompanying the member to travel free of charge by the service buses of the State Road Transport Corporation at any time and on any route on which the State Road Transport Corporation operate.
