(1) Every member shall be entitled for reimbursement of actual fare of any journey undertaken by him, either alone or with persons accompanying him for travelling through out the territory of India by Rail, Air, Ship or Steamer, subject to a maximum limit of Rupees ##Three Lakh in a financial year.

(55) "(1A) A member shall be entitled to recieve, from out of the amount available in the relevant year under sub-rule (1), reimbursement of amount equivalent to actul fare of journey abroad by air, ship or steamer paid by him, either alone or with persons accompanying him after approval of his request for such journey being accorded by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.-
(2) Where the total amount of reimbursement received in a financial year under sub-rule (1) is less than Rupees ##Three lakh the amount by which the amount of reimbursement is less than ##Three lakh shall be carried forward in next financial year or years but member is not entitled to spent the amount of next financial year in advance. The member shall be entitled to utilize the amount carried forward at any time before expiry of his term as member.
(3) "A member, who is entitled to receive travelling allowance under section 8 of the Act for study-tour of the Committee, either alone of with persons accompanying him, may travel by air, ship or steamer as per the provisions of sub-section (4), (5), (6) or (7) of section 8B of the Act, as the case may be, He shall, on submission of relevant documents of journey performed by him, be entitled, for reimbursement or, to receive cash as provided in the relevant provision of the said subsections."
(4) Where the Constitute of Assembly, Dissolve of Assembly and member elected in by-election during the financial year the amount of reimbursement will proportionate according to the number of completed months(s). A Part of month will be counted as a full month.
(5)The members shall submit a travel bill along with Original Ticket of the journey to the Secretary.
