Section 2: Medical Facilities admissible

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2021State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) Subject to the provisions contained in sub-rule (2), the members of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to the same medical facilities as are available to the Officers of the State Government under the Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013, as amended form time to tme.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 13 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013 a member and his family shall be entitled to free accommodation in a special ward with a single bed and if accommodation in such a ward is not available, accommodation in a special ward consisting of not more than two beds or any deluxe ward whichever may be available in the Government Hospitals, Approved Hospital, Hospital under the Public Private Partnership Arrangement/Referral Hospital.
