On the death of the person entitled to pension under the Act, the payment of pension shall cease forthwith and the Pension Payment Order, in force for the time being, shall be returned by the person in possession thereof to the Principal Secretary, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly with a declaration of death of the person who was entitled to pension under the Act.
