Section 14: Controlling Officer

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling and Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) The Secretary of the Assembly shall be the Controlling Officer in respect of travelling allowance and daily allowance claims of members.

(2) In the absence of the Secretary or when he is occupied otherwise, the Deputy Secretary or the Assistant Secretary of the Assembly shall perform this duty.
