Section 3: Terms and conditions for advance

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Officers (Advance for Purchase of Motor Car) Rules, 1981State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

The terms and conditions on which advance may be granted for the purchase of a motor car to the said officers shall be the same as contained in the Rajasthan Ministers (Advance for Purchase of Motor Cars) Rules, 1965 for the time being in force and the provisions of the said rules shall mutatis mutandis apply to the advance made to the said officers for the purchase of a Motor Car.
