Section 3: Medical Facilities

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Officers (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1981State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

The said officers shall be entitled to the same medical facilities and attendance as are admissible to a minister under the Rajasthan Minister (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1961 for the time being in force and the provisions of the said rules shall mutatis mutandis apply to the said officers in relation to the medical facilities and attendance admissible to them.
