Section 18: Transaction of business

The Speaker may, from time to time, by general or special order, provide for the convenient and efficient transaction of business arising out of the administration of these R ules and the procedure to be followed for the purpose:

Provided that such order may also specify the matter or class of matters which shall be brought to the personal notice of the Speaker before any orders are issued.
