Section 10: Correspondence of auditor with office bearers

The auditor shall not correspond direct with the President, or Vice-President or Chairman or Vice-Chairman of the local authority whose accounts are being audited by him except for the purpose of reporting an embezzlement or for the purposes mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 6 or for the purposes of rules 5, 16, and

18.
