Section 2: Definitions

In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise :-

(a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Local Fund Audit Act, 1954 (Rajasthan Act XXVIII of 1954);

(b) "Form" means a Form appended to these rules;

(c) "Section” means a section of the Act; and

(d) words and expressions not defined in these rules have the meanings assigned to them in the Act.
