Section 7: Conduct of audit to be during office hours

The Rajasthan Local Fund Audit Rules, 1955State Rules of Rajasthan · 1954

Except in cases where the Director, in consultation with the head of the office of the local authority, decides otherwise the auditor shall, for the purpose of conducting audit, attend at the head office of the local authority during office hours.

1[Provided that in the case of Gram Panchayats and Nyaya Panchayats the audit shall be conducted at Panchayat Samiti Head Quarter.]
